Due to the very high earning potential, references from past jobs should be supplied when applying.

The successful candidate will be calling Real Estate Home Owners and setting phone/in person appointments so, that our Regional Acquisition Managers can meet with them and discuss our creative real estate options to purchase their home.

We are a full-service creative technology based Real Estate company. We provide competitive splits along with pre-screened leads for our acquisition Upgrade to see actual info addition we provide marketing, training and overall support to assist agents in becoming top producers.

As a Pay-For-Performance model, the successful candidate will be an independent contractor. You will report to the Director and work remotely in the comfort of your home office!

REAL ESTATE Experience is a PLUS!

Compensation Terms (after probationary period 30 days minimum to maximum 90 days to be eligible for below):

- Part Time: $2 dollars per hour, 20 hours a week (worked 4 Hours a Day M-F)
- For every qualified appointment that becomes a contract, you will be paid $25.00 bonus
- For every contract that closes and is funded, you will be paid $75.00 bonus

- Weekly random bonuses : Paid Lunch, money incentives daily.

Training Period is UNPAID (typically never longer than 2 weeks for most)

Training and support materials will include:
- Call script
- Common objections and responses
- Common pain points and supporting benefits
- Access to the Regional Directors personal calendar to set appointment
- Propriety CRM to track clients, remind you via text and allow for opportunities to be realized.
- Smrtphone Multi-Dialer experience is a plus

Due to the unique value propositions that our firm offers, the successful candidate should be able to generate twelve to fifteen phone appointments per week.
