Texas Insurance Agency is looking for an assistant that is experienced in auto, home and/or life insurance, proficient with English and provides great customer service. Flexible Payscale is determined by the level of prior experience.
Daily Task include
1. Read agent's Daily Notes in the OneNote Application
- complete scheduling of any follow-up meeting request using Agent calendly link
- organize Agent meeting notes (copy/paste text into the client notebook inside OneNote)
- as knowledge grows, complete any action items that result from the meeting
2. Complete client support tickets assigned via Freshdesk
- mostly follow-up calls to carriers to determine policy status or calls to clients to request additional information like backyard photos
- Respond to Open client support Tickets and update status
3. Follow-up on Renewals of Existing Policies
- look-up renewal premium amount and determine % increase
- Re-Quote policies that have increased over 10%
- Review updates, roadblocks, etc with Agent every Tuesday/Friday at 9:00 AM CST via teleconference
4. Answer inbound client calls for company and respond to client needs
