JOB DESCRIPTION
Virtual Assistant who can handle varied administrative real estate-related tasks as required and assigned. Must possess a high level of customer service, a strong work ethic, and high attention to detail while being able to multi-task.
Duties and Responsibilities

2) Assist in setting up appointments to list and/or show properties to a potential client or a customer.
3) Set up and coordinate appointments with appraisers, home inspectors, etc.
4) Assist real estate agents with Sales Contract preparation and other required documents.
5) Handle ongoing liaison with all parties involved in the transaction, i.e. buyer(s), lawyers, title officer, listing and selling agents, etc.
Job Requirements:
· Ability to multi-task
· Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
· Proficiency in Microsoft, Excel, Word, video conferencing (Zoom or Teams), etc.
· Access to a computer and reliable internet connection
· Must be available to swap schedules to cover early evenings and weekends assistance as needed
· Must be available to work during regular office hours in US eastern standard time zone
Education: Must have a college Degree preferably in business and technology
