THE ROLE WE ARE HIRING FOR

The role is for an energetic, articulate property manager with a heart of service to look after these properties.

Constant oversight and good communication are critical to making sure all reported maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner.

You must be self-motivated and able to handle the stresses of maintenance issues and coordinate their repairs.

Good communication is important to make sure landlords and tenants are kept informed.

The role requires that we stay in compliance with the U.K. government rules governing managed properties so there will be ongoing learning and training. You will need to help write and document the processes and procedures of the role.

PAY AND HOURS
(these are negotiable)

The starting rate for this role will be: £3 (GBP)/hour
This position is available ASAP
This is a long-term contract for the right person
Provisional Schedule (negotiable): to be discussed
You will be available for at least: 20 hrs per week initially
We will pay you monthly
