JOB OVERVIEW

Our advertising agency in the United States is seeking an admin assistant to help oversee some tasks for the President and VP of the agency. This is a fast paced business and need to be able to work alone without hand holding. Must work well under pressure with numerous deadlines.

You will be responsible for assisting with the following:
• Updating blogs on WordPress sites
• Running and optimizing Social Media Campaigns along with Google Campaigns. MUST have 2 years experience with this.
• Managing employees tasks in our platform called Basecamp for all creative work. You will only be in charge of ensuring the designers have what they need to complete tasks and that they are finished by deadlines. You do not need any graphic design experience but is a plus.
• Creating Eblasts using Constant Contact and Mail Chimp and scheduling them each month.
• Updating folders in our Google Drive
• Updating client's websites using Wix, WordPress and Shopify.
• Writing copy for all social media for all clients.
• Other agency admin duties as needed.

4 Hours a day, M-F from 8am-12n EST U.S. time zone.

•Must speak VERY good English and be an expert with writing and communication. This is key to our business. We have video calls with employees, designers and with us on a weekly basis.
•Must have worked at an agency for min of 2 years. If you do NOT have this, DO NOT apply. Must have references.
•Must have experience running and optimizing Social Media and Google Campaigns. 2-3 years
•Must have experience with WordPress updating blogs. 1-2 years
•Must have experience creating eblasts with Constant Contact and Mail Chimp and understand how to create drip campaigns. THIS IS A MUST! 2-3 years
•Able to use Google Meet/Chat during the office hours above.
•Have experience taking charge of employees. This position will handle 2 other employees with the creative project deadlines.
•Experience with Google sheets and docs
