JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Performance Email Template Designer to join our team. As a Performance Email Template Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-converting email templates that align with our brand guidelines and drive measurable results. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and growth teams to design and optimize email templates that maximize engagement, conversion rates, and revenue.

Responsibilities:

Develop visually compelling and performance-driven email templates for our DTC brands.
Work closely with marketing and growth teams to understand their objectives and design email templates that align with their performance goals.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize email designs for increased open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Implement effective layout, design, and copy elements to drive action and engagement.
A/B test different variations of email templates to identify the most effective designs and iterate accordingly.
Optimize email templates for various email clients, devices, and screen sizes to ensure consistent performance.
Collaborate with our analytics team to measure and analyze the performance of email campaigns and iterate on designs accordingly.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance-focused email marketing.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Performance Email Template Designer or similar role, with a focus on driving measurable results.
Strong portfolio showcasing successful email templates that have driven high engagement and conversions.
Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email template Upgrade to see actual info-depth understanding of email marketing principles, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
Familiarity with performance analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive design decisions.
Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and the ability to iterate designs based on test results.
Ability to work within established brand guidelines while incorporating performance-driven design elements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with DTC companies or performance marketing is a plus.
