We are looking for a highly capable, enthusiastic and pro-active individual to assist in nurturing and expanding the database of our events which includes a mixture of pay-to-attend summit, conferences, roundtable discussions, dinners and webinars. You will be an organised person, have good attention to detail, analytic and administrative flair, and show a demonstrable interest in marketing.

To ensure success as a Database Analyst, you should have knowledge of data entry, audience segmentation, excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to work to strict deadlines.


Responsibilities
- Data management, analysis, and reporting
- Prepare data segmentation for all events and initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with the projects’ objectives
- Monitor data quality and identify areas for improvement, implementing solutions to enhance data integrity
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Develop and maintain data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy of data
- Conduct regular data audits to identify data discrepancies and inconsistencies
- Provide training and support to staff on database use, ensuring they are able to effectively utilize the systems to meet their needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the database is integrated with other organizational systems and processes
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry best practices and trends in database management
- Comply with data protocols, privacy policy, and data collection and storage procedures
- Other ad hoc database administration tasks as required


Skills / Experience
- 3+ year experience with databases and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field – highly desirable
- CRM knowledge
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage medium to large datasets
- Effective communication and collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Discretion in relation to confidential information
- Good written communication skills
