Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our team in the Philippines. This is a vital role that involves managing our team of talented front-end developers, ensuring project alignment, facilitating clear communication and fostering a high-performance culture. This position requires technical knowledge, particularly in front-end web development, as well as strong leadership and project management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and manage our team of front-end developers, ensuring they stay focused and productive.
* Coordinate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
* Manage project timelines, work allocation, and resource planning.
* Actively identify, monitor, report, and control project risks and issues.
* Work closely with the lead front-end developer based in Australia, assisting in code reviews and QA processes.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team feedback and promoting best practices.
* Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master, preferably within a web development context.
* Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress, including various themes/plugins.
* Experience with project management and time-tracking tools.
* Ability to QA development work against design files.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
* Proven problem-solving abilities.
* A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
* Scrum Master certification is a plus.
