You will be responsible for repurposing existing content to maximize its impact and achieve virality across various short-form content platforms, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Your expertise in managing and growing accounts on these platforms will be instrumental in reaching and engaging our target audience.


Responsibilities

Repurpose existing long-form videos into short-form content: Use your adept editing and storytelling skills to create engaging, bite-sized videos that resonate with our target Upgrade to see actual infoptivating Hooks: Develop content that grips the viewer's attention within the first few seconds. Your strategic creativity will be pivotal in drawing in the audience and driving video performance.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends in short-form video content, adapting our brand's messaging accordingly to secure maximum visibility and engagement.
Growth and Virality: The ultimate goal is to achieve virality and grow our follower count. Leverage your knowledge of algorithm trends, hashtags, and viewer behaviors to maximize the reach of our content.
Collaboration: Coordinate closely with our Head of Distribution to ensure that content production aligns with the broader goals of our organization.

Requirements

Proven experience in video editing, particularly short-form Upgrade to see actual infomonstrated success in growing and managing social media accounts, with a focus on accounts grown from scratch.

Strong understanding of the current digital landscape, including the latest trends and platforms.

Proficiency with video editing software like CapCut or Adobe Premiere.

Excellent communication skills.
