IT Manager - IT engineer part time on call

Who we are: US Events Group LLC is a US-based company in Raleigh, North Carolina. We have various online sites selling rental equipment for events. We currently have two online stores and another one on the way soon!

We are now hiring for a part-time, on-call, support person. This is an on-call position, every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday you will need to be available approximately from about 11 am-Midnight EST to receive support calls and assist Upgrade to see actual info addition to the on-call work you will also have a few hours every week of general technical support items for internal operations, and remotely working on various equipment, system specifications, documentation, etc. You will be on call on other days randomly throughout the month when we have rentals.

* IPad Pros (iOS)
* Surface Pro Tablets (Windows)
* VOIP Phones (Upgrade to see actual info)
* Hexnode MDM - This is our device management platform
* Telnyx - Wireless/Cellular Data Management
* Lumabooth - Our primary application (Upgrade to see actual info)
* SuiteCRM - for managing customer accounts
* Tawk.To - Online chat
* Google Suite for productivity apps

The ideal candidate will have the following:
1. Excellent ability to learn new applications and features, with a natural learning ability.
2. Experience with iPads is required! You should know all about settings in iOS.
3. Previous experience with any MDM (mobile device management) software is preferred but not required.
4. A iPad to load our software and test. (if you don't have one we can probably figure that out)
5. Excellent English
6. Ability to learn quickly

Must-Have:
1. An Android or iPhone with a service plan and data
2. Steady availability every weekend
3. Laptop
4. Good internet connection
5. Flexible hours
