Cold Email Marketing Agency - Project Manager

I run a globally recognized cold email marketing agency.

We are hiring a project manager whose main responsibilities are; to ensure client work and tasks are prioritized, organized, and completed on Upgrade to see actual info would be preferred if you were comfortable interacting with our clients over Zoom or Slack messages, understanding their needs, and delegating tasks to our Tech Team.


Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of client tasks
Develop detailed project plans, outlining necessary tasks, timelines, and resources.
Maintain constant communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations.
Ensure project deliverables meet the established budget and timeline.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a cohesive strategy.
Prioritize tasks based on client needs and project requirements.
Monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
