We're in search of a Lead Generation Specialist for Airbnb, who should be a seasoned professional in the BPO industry with at least 3-5 years of experience. Our Airbnb rental arbitrage company is expanding rapidly, and we require a self-motivated and goal-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to be part of our team. Your main duty will be to research and assess potential properties for our Airbnb rental arbitrage venture. You will be emailing and cold-calling 30-50 properties daily. This position is ideal for individuals with outstanding communication skills, a robust work ethic, and a love for the real estate.
As a team member at our company, your responsibilities include.
• To meet the target KPIs, you will be required to perform a minimum of 30-50 outbound calls daily and utilize emails and SMS to engage with qualified property owners, landlords, and agents to identify and assess potential properties for our Airbnb rental arbitrage enterprise.
• You should use a variety of lead generation sources, including online directories such as Zillow, Redfin, and social media, as well as our CRM database, to locate potential leads.
• Accurately collect and document relevant information about each property and contact, including property details, pricing, and availability.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of our Airbnb rental arbitrage business model and effectively articulate the benefits of collaborating with us to property owners and agents.
• Continuously improve your sales pitch to increase the conversion rate of leads to qualified properties.
• Work with our operations team to ensure the seamless transition of qualified properties for onboarding.
• Attending weekly team meetings to track progress, share best practices, and keep up to date with the company's goals and objectives.
Fully Remote
Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales, preferably within the real estate industry or Airbnb.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and build relationships over the phone.
Goal-oriented and results-driven, with a strong commitment to meeting and exceeding targets.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools- (Click up and Pipedrive)
Knowledge of the Airbnb platform and the short-term rental market is a plus.
