Accountant

No & Low is an online non-alcoholic bottle shop Upgrade to see actual info looking to change the way the world drinks! We are currently looking to add a full-time Accountant, Monday - Friday (6pm- 3am EST with 1 hour break) with strong accounting experience and skills to our growing team.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Prepare, analyze, and reconcile end of day/month reports - Sales, Purchases, A/R, A/P, Commissions, billbacks, etc
- Perform monthly inventory reconciliations
- Posting Foreign Exchange Transactions
- Perform product landed costing analysis and maintain costing and customer price lists
- Generating, approving, posting A/P invoices and issuing/posting payment for multiple companies A/P
- Vendor statement reconciliation, issuing and sending vendor remittances
- Reconcile expenses to payment sources such as credit card reconciliations
- Bank & G/L Reconciliations
- Perform collections and posting of A/R
- Perform A/R reconciliations of deductions
- Verify all transactions on all business sales channels sync to main business accounting software
- Verify all co-workers are using electronic filing system
- Follow policies and procedures and provide input for future improvements


Qualifications and Skills

- 2 years experience accounting with strong analytical and attention to detail skills
- Fast and reliable internet connection, computer that can perform work with no hesitancy, and smart phone
- A room to work in with no other people or distractions
- Experience in remote working position
- Previous experience posting with Shopify, Amazon, Zoho and Google Suite
- Must have positive attitude, passionate about career, high level of intelligence, and integrity
- Excellent English verbal and written communication, organizational, and computer skills
- Able to work efficiently in fast pace environment, excel in multitasking, and great attention to detail
- Problem solver, work independently, and as a part of a team
- Post secondary business administration education
