Senior Copywriter with VA skills (eCommerce)

HiNeon is looking for a skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Website Copywriter / Virtual Assistant for our eCommerce business specializing in neon Upgrade to see actual info this role, you will be responsible for creating persuasive, engaging, and SEO-friendly copy for our website and other channels to ensure a seamless and compelling user experience. Additionally, you will provide virtual assistance in various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our online business.

The ideal candidate has a strong command of written English, familiarity with eCommerce platforms, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Writing & research task:
Develop persuasive copy for product descriptions, category pages, landing pages, and other website content to drive sales and conversions
Implement SEO strategies by incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and optimized content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic
Write long-form content including blog posts, pillar pages, and other website content
Write email campaigns and newsletter

VA task:
General research tasks from different teams
Industry segmentation
Interact with incoming messages (LinkedIn)
Proofread and edit existing website content and marketing materials to ensure consistency and adherence to brand tone

Requirements:
3+ years in content writing, copywriting, technical writing, or similar roles
Strong research skills
Can self edit/proofread
Experience in email campaign writing (newsletter, campaign, etc.)
Basic SEO skills: Familiarity with meta descriptions, meta title, alt text, and SEO keyword distribution in a content
Social media skills: Scheduling, writing, and posting mainly for LinkedIn and YouTube (may expand to other channels in the future)
Computer Skills: Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of content management systems like Wordpress (WooCommerce is a plus)

Good to have:
Experience or willingness to learn AI (ChatGPT)
Video script writing for short videos
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Email campaign and newsletter writing is a plus
Prior experience in virtual assistance or administrative tasks is a plus
Search Ads (AdWords, Facebook Ads etc) copywriting experience
