Job Summary:
The Hubspot Developer/Admin has a deep understanding of all products (hubs) in Hubspot. This role will work closely with all the divisions to ensure that all client and admin portals are set up with optimal methods, responsible for providing instructions on how to achieve a specific goal or how to leverage Hubspot to accomplish a goal. Know best practices in the Hubspot community. Understand how reporting ties into how Hubspot is set up to collect data. Executing complex customizations and logic pieces inside of Hubspot based on a strategic goal. Also, to help set up a new Hubspot environment.

Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day running of the business within HubSpot, which includes interacting with business users and technology partners, in support of the HubSpot CRM environment.
- Working closely with the management and marketing teams to review, recommend and implement best practice processes and procedures within HubSpot
- Overseeing data integrity within HubSpot CRM through data import management, data cleanup and deduping
- Creating and managing profiles, layouts, reports, dashboards, process automation, and other configurable parts of the interface for end-users
- Assisting in data import/export/updates
- Providing day to day end user support and assist users with best practices to improve and increase their knowledge of HubSpot
- Reviewing and reporting on automations results and make actionable recommendations to the marketing team based on data
- Identify, develop and automate data integrity through automation workflows
- Managing the optimization of our HubSpot instance, including platform integrations, workflow development & management, templates, and troubleshooting

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years of experience in Hubspot, data analysis, and reporting
- Project management experience
- Customer Journey Mapping experience
- Hubspot Certified is a big plus!
- Experience in Wordpress, CMS
- Above average English communication skills
- Willing to work on Pacific Time (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM). This is during the graveyard shift in Manila Time.
- Own a Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
