Social Media Manager/Admin Assistant

SPECIFICATIONS
Work Arrangement: Permanent remote work for PH hiring
Contract Type: Part-time (2 hours a day/10 hours a week)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9am-11am Korean Time
Rate: $6 per hour

REPORTING TO
CEO, Sabrina Keum

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the company and Team Sabrina Keum’s social media accounts.
Create social media calendars each month.
Create new and exciting content to promote the company's social media account, including graphics.
Day-to-day management of all social media content and postings.
Monitor audience engagement with all posted content.
Respond to comments, negative feedback, and reviews in a professional manner.
Review metrics to create high-performing social media content.
Make recommendations on new and creative growth strategies on social media.
Admin tasks that might be assigned from time to time by the CEO
Will double check the videos created by the video editor
Create a rough draft of the videos to submit to the video editor for polishing and post it after in social media accounts

REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of professional experience in social media marketing and strategies.
Experience in the Real Estate industry is a Upgrade to see actual infomonstrates creativity and is well-versed in social media.
Knowledge of paid social media ads is a plus.

ClickUp experience as a project management tool
Content writing skills.
