Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Utilize provided prospect lists and conduct research to identify potential leads within target industries. Utilize various online tools, databases, and social media platforms to gather contact information for outreach.
Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospects and engage in meaningful conversations to introduce our products/services, highlight key benefits, and identify potential opportunities. Effectively articulate our value proposition and answer initial questions from prospects.
Appointment Scheduling: Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and set up appointments for the sales team. Coordinate schedules, manage calendars, and ensure appointments are properly documented in the CRM system.
Relationship Building: Build rapport and establish a positive first impression with prospects through effective communication skills and active listening. Understand their needs, pain points, and goals to tailor the conversation and position our solutions as the ideal fit.
Objection Handling: Address prospect objections, provide clarifications, and overcome barriers to secure appointments. Effectively communicate the value and unique selling points of our products/services to address concerns and generate interest.
CRM Management: Accurately enter and maintain prospect information, appointment details, and relevant notes in the CRM system. Ensure data integrity and timely follow-up to maximize sales opportunities.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing them with comprehensive and accurate appointment details and relevant prospect insights. Share feedback on prospect responses, objections, and market trends to refine strategies.
Requirements:
Previous Experience: Proven experience as an appointment setter, telemarketer, or similar role, preferably in a virtual or remote setting. Familiarity with B2B sales processes and lead generation techniques is a plus.
Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Active listening skills to understand prospect needs and tailor conversations accordingly.
Persuasion and Negotiation: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to overcome objections, handle rejections, and secure appointments. Ability to build rapport quickly and establish credibility with
CRM Proficiency: Experience working with CRM systems to manage prospect data, appointments, and follow-up activities. Familiarity with Salesforce or other similar platforms is a
