We are looking to add a high energy individual to our Upgrade to see actual info this role, you will manage initial communication with sellers, answer incoming marketing calls, and make outbound calls/text/emails.


Responsibilities:
Outbound cold calling to prospects using the dialer and scripts we Upgrade to see actual infooosing dispositions for the prospects/contacts according within cold call Upgrade to see actual infon handle objections properly.
Scheduling follow up calls for either yourself or another teaUpgrade to see actual infoUpgrade to see actual infon existing email drip campaign
Upload fresh leads weekly to the existing email drip campaign
Lead Scrubbing
Cold calling

Qualifications:
Be great to have someone w Real Estate experience
Multitasker
Attention to detail
Great com skills both written and verbal
Tech savvy
