Rockstar Real Estate Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and social media platforms
- Conduct cold calls, mass text, email, and social media marketing campaigns to generate leads
- Assist with skip tracing, property valuation, and negotiation processes
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads and follow-ups
- Keep up to date with new technology tools to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure cyber security and prevent malware through proper internet connection and tools usage

Skills:
- Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work independently with self-management skills
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Creative and able to solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English
- Experienced in real estate industry and customer service focused
- Comfortable using AI and understanding customer needs to provide the best service possible
- Ability to work under pressure and handle different customer personalities and objectives

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in real estate industry or related field
- Proficient in using VIOP, email, social media, VPN, calender, CRM
- Strong internet connection, computer, microphone, and other necessary tools required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1.00 - $3.00 per hour
