JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced account manager who will be the main point of contact for clients, responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.

You will oversee and coordinate projects, collaborating with internal teams including creative, copy, and media buying.

This includes reporting directly to management, you will provide updates on project status and client feedback.

With your strong system-building skills, you will establish efficient processes to streamline project management.

Acting as a cross between an account manager and project manager, you will excel at client communication and project coordination, fostering effective collaboration between clients and internal teams.

This is a full-time role and you’ll be expected to work within our office hours between 10am-7pm SGT, 5 days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow client businesses, generate incremental revenue, and meet client objectives.
- Participate in client presentations and meetings to strengthen the agency-client relationship.
- Oversee the implementation of marketing strategies, ensuring successful execution and results.
- Manage client priorities and communicate effectively with internal teams to allocate resources appropriately.
- Review client accounts' profitability periodically and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments on strategy, research, and results measurement.
- Conduct regular meetings with the account team and relevant stakeholders to address client issues, opportunities, and ongoing work.
- Utilize excellent public speaking skills to present ideas and solutions effectively.
- Foster strong, collaborative working relationships with interdisciplinary teams.
- Launch and manage systematic/site/campaign launches.
- Apply analytical approaches to solve digital/interactive/marketing problems.
- Define solutions that generate measurable results for clients.
- Manage business accounts/brands successfully, demonstrating a proven track record.
- Handle various project types, including web, mobile, video, brand, social, and strategic consulting.
- Exhibit a passion for digital marketing and the creative process.
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced creative environment.
