JOB OVERVIEW

Hello! I've started a remote house cleaning business this year where I do all of the marketing, customer service and bookings. I've partnered with several established cleaning companies that do all of the work and I pay them (as independent contractors) weekly using an electronic system called Stripe. Our business has grown rapidly these last 4 months and I need help! I'm a retired insurance agent so speaking with customers is very natural for me. I can bond quickly and my goal is to capture as many repeat customers as possible. I'd love to find someone with personality and sales Upgrade to see actual infoanizing our cleaners to arrive on time or give updates as to when they will show up can be the most challenging aspect sometime! I occasionally have to call the customer once the cleaners have arrived to request more money from them if the house is much dirtier than conveyed and there will be times where I have to compensate the cleaners more for their time. Happy cleaners and customers = happy business. I would be willing to pay bonuses based on closing rate and customers that set up monthly or bi-weekly service. We are looking for a General Administrative Assistant with a strong emphasis on sales to work on various admin tasks for our Cleaning Business. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include taking inbound sales calls, uphold a consistent close rate, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you also have previous experience as Executive Administrative Assistant and familiarity within the home cleaning industry, we’d like to meet you! Ultimately, a successful Admin Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Requirements:
Answer inbound calls and emails and make outbound calls as necessary
Discuss the different home cleaning services: standard, deep and move-in / move-out cleans
Handle customer inquiries on all communication platforms used by the business
Assist in scheduling appointments/site visits
Ability to write clear and concise emails to prevent confusion
Be the first point of contact for customers
Possess an empathetic demeanor over the phone
Updating client information, processing orders over the phone, etc
Ability to work alongside different departments
Willingness to be assigned to other administrative tasks
Manage leads as they come in
Assist in recruiting cleaning contractors, manage job postings, review applicants, and help onboarding them
Maintain and manage records and other business and/or client information
Manage the social media pages of the business

Technical Requirements:
Dedicated workstation at home

Backup device and Internet in times of power outages
