JOB OVERVIEW

Young and fast growing lead generation agency - Axellerato, is looking for a remote full-time, highly motivated and skilled Appointment Setter to join our international Team.

At Axellerato, we assist B2B clients in generating more leads and sales using LinkedIn, Email, and SMM. As we continue to develop and gain new clients, we are also expanding our team.

We are looking for a person who:

????Has a Sales OR Marketing or some kind of Communication Background or previous experience with Appointment Settings
????Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
????Keen eye for details
????Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and engaging chat presence.
????Professional and courteous disposition with a good sense of humor
????Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using productivity tools such as email, calendar, and google spreadsheets.
????Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple leads simultaneously.
????Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues.
????Knowledge of lead generation strategies, marketing funnels, and webinar best practices is a plus.

As an Appointment Setter you will be responsible for the following:
????Schedule meetings and calls for several clients simultaneously via LInkedIn and Email.
????Constantly communicate with interested prospects and provide additional details before scheduling an intro call
????Ensure scheduled appointments are attended
????Providing weekly and monthly reports
????Creating a follow up system that ensures all leads are managed and engaged
????Answer 90% of messages both on LI and Email
????Reply to inbound lead concerns

It's a remote full-time position, with a fixed working schedule, Mon - Fri, 9am CET - 6pm CET.
Salary is flexible and based on individual skills and expertise.
