Cold Caller

Call real estate agents with active listings and offer our photography and floor plan services. The goal is to sell them the $238 USD package for apartment rentals (photo and floor plans) which is a $23.80 commission. The lowest package is photo-only for $169 which is a $16.90 commission.

If all goes well, we can start targeting agents with for-sale listings which cost more to photograph and can have additional services sold (video, 360 tours, etc). These packages go for $519 and up.

This can be a temporary or ongoing gig. If you are onboarded, detailed information and FAQ's will be provided for proper communication with leads.
