I own a spa located in Atlanta, GA. I am looking for a virtual receptionist and assistant. Having a phone line is a big requirement for this position as it requires you to receive incoming calls to the spa. Below are the responsibilities:
-Answer incoming calls (US Eastern Standard Time from 10 AM to 6 PM Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and 10 AM to 5 PM Friday)
-Provide basic information to customers such as business hours, location, directions, and other information
-Schedule appointments using the
-Nurture leads that come by phone, online, and text
-Provide weekly reports to owner
Some knowledge of esthetics is helpful but not required. A candidate who is willing to learn about the services offered will be given preferences.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detailed oriented and has a kind demeanor with good communication skills.
