Responsibilities
- Review financial statements
- Prepare year end entries
- Prepare Canadian corporate and personal tax files
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports for clients

Requirements and skills
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
- Proficient in Quickbooks OnlineProven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office
- Customer service orientation
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

Salary and Compensation
- Base salary: $1,250/mo CAD
- Annual Bonus: 10% monthly bonus for on target work completion
- Annual stretch Bonus: Additional 10% annual bonus calculated as per company targets and individual performance reviews

System Requirements
- Laptop or desktop computer
- Windows 10 or higher, or MacOS 10.15 or higher
- 8 GB of RAM or higher
- Quad-core processor (i3 or higher) or equivalent
- Internet Speed: Minimum of 10 Mbps

Working hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST
