Human Resource Personnel/Recruiter

We are in search for full time HR/Recruiter for a growing company based in the Philippines. Salary is top range for a position of this kind. The ideal candidate will

-Have experience implementation of an HR recruitment system from the ground up
-Has Knowledge in Full cycle recruitment (Drafting of Job Description, Job Posting, Managing Job Boards and Scheduling and Conducting Interviews and Reference Check, On-boarding)
-Espouse startup culture mentality
-Can do attitude, with a willingness to learn the ropes of a unique industry related to medical documentation
-Experience with multiple Talent Management Systems
-Some BPO Corporate experience highly desired
