JOB OVERVIEW

We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our growing team. As a Sales Administrator, you will support our sales team by managing calendars, conducting research, summarizing discussions, and handling administrative tasks. Your exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail will contribute to the smooth operation of our sales process.

Responsibilities:

Manage sales team calendars and schedule appointments efficiently. Coordinate and schedule calls using calendar management tools.
Summarize meeting discussions and send follow-up emails addressing key points and inquiries to prospects.
Maintain organized records of follow-up communications and ensure necessary actions are taken.
Research for new prospects and partners using tools like LinkedIn.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using calendar management tools and conducting research.
Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
