JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer/Developer to join our team at Minors Auto Club, a leading mechanic business based in New Jersey. As a Web Designer/Developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, optimizing our website for lead generation, and ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing team and stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements for the Upgrade to see actual infosign visually engaging and intuitive website layouts, considering user experience (UX) principles and branding Upgrade to see actual infovelop and implement website features and functionality using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
Optimize the website for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive targeted traffic.
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for ranking higher in search engine results pages (SERPs).
Ensure the website is mobile-responsive, fast-loading, and compatible across different browsers and devices.
Create and optimize landing pages to capture leads, incorporating effective call-to-action (CTA) elements.
Implement tracking and analytics tools to monitor website performance and user behavior.
Regularly update and maintain the website, ensuring content accuracy and relevance.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in web design, development, and SEO.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Web Designer/Developer, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
Proficiency in web design tools and technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.
Strong knowledge of UX principles and best practices to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
Familiarity with SEO techniques and strategies to optimize website content and structure.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or similar platforms.
Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
Understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website performance and generate actionable insights.
Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
