Amazon VA Team Leader

Please READ carefully the requirements.

Requirement:


At least 4 years of professional experience with all front and back end processes in Seller Account Management in Amazon is REQUIRED.
Have full understanding with Product/Keyword Research tools.
A solid understanding of processes and compliance requirements with Upgrade to see actual info and Upgrade to see actual info seller account side.
Knowledge with personalized/customized products is a must.
At least 3 years of experience in operations management is required.
A bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
Proficient with organizational tools like Google Suite, Microsoft office, WPS office
Should have a strong combination of leadership, analytical, communication, and technical skills to effectively manage operations and contribute to the success of the organization.


Duties:


Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure organizational efficiency.
Able to do training for the employees when needed.
Managing and supervising staff to ensure that they are properly trained and that work is completed on time and within Upgrade to see actual infoveloping and managing budgets for various departments and projects.
Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure that all business objectives are met.
Managing vendor relationships
Identifying and mitigating operational risks.
Monitoring customer feedback and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
