Marketing and Customer Support

Your duties will include Lead Generation, Writing, Customer support.

We are an online business delivering a software solution to customers globally. Your primary role will be to generate sales leads by engaging with new prospects and existing customers. You will also be responsible for assisting with general administration items such as assisting customer enquiries, identifying sales opportunities, assisting with marketing and sales material, writing help guides and articles.

Your responsibilities includes:
- Content creation
- Write easy to understand product help articles
- Provide tier 1 customer support and work with the development team to resolve customers technical issues
- Research new prospective customers to generate leads and appointment scheduling for the sales team
- General administration support
