MK & Associates brokered by eXp Realty is growing and we are looking to hire experienced Real Estate ISA’s!
We are looking for hardworking people who also like to have fun and work in a team environment.
Salary for this position ranges from $5 to $7 per hour based on past experience. We also provide performance bonuses!
Job description:
We’re looking to hire experienced Inside Sales Agents to join our team. The ideal ISA has the ability to identify sales opportunities, follow lead conversion procedures, take initiative, and set appointments for our Realtor teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Experience in the following areas is preferred:
At least 1 year of experience in calling Real Estate leads
Experienced in using Follow Up Boss or similar real estate CRM
Experience in using Ylopo (preferred but not required)
Skilled in speaking and writing in English
Must show a track record of showing up to work on time with few missed days of work
Can work 40 hours per week (5 days 8 hours, willing to work on weekends)
Customer service oriented
Must be able to work in a team environment as well as be self-managed and self-disciplined.
Duties:
Outbound calling to real estate clients (home sellers and buyers)
Responsible for converting incoming calls, texts, and emails to appointments and transferring to agents via FUB or Slack.
Circle Prospecting
Reporting metrics to team leads
Some administrative work will be required for this position
We provide Bonus opportunities after the previsionary period. PTO offered after previsionary period. Our VAs and ISAs are fully integrated into our team. We huddle with the team 2x weekly. Training is provided, and growth opportunities are available as we grow.
