Supply Chain Logistics Analyst - Full time remote

Qualification:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics &
Supply Chain Management, or Business related courses
• Experience: At least 2 years of relative experience

Job Summary:
Supply Chain Logistics Analyst analyze supply chain processes and recommend any applicable adjustments for efficiency. Handled invoicing, electronic bills, and shipment tracking and responsible for maintaining the information in logistic databases and identifying opportunities for inventory reduction.


Specific Responsibilities:
• Compile daily picking tickets for warehouse personnel to fulfill
• Monitors inbound shipments and coordinates with warehouse personnel to receive them in the warehouse
• Tracks overseas and national shipments by contacting logistics companies as needed
• Provides shipping quotes for customers that need shipping rate to confirm orders
• Confirms SOFM vs PO and communicates to China team on that matter
• Coordinates with Data Analyst the orders needed to be placed for inventory purposes
• Daily monitoring of sales orders pending fulfillment and keep tracker updated
• Keeping tabs on the product flow process from materials acquisition to final delivery
• Updating databases with logistics data
• Developing, evaluating and revising logistics policies, procedures and plans
• Overseeing warehouses to ensure that products are received, stored, and shipped safely and efficiently
• Researching supply chain issues to identify potential problems and preemptively address them
