Responsibilities
•
Maintain responsibility for full lifecycle of recruiting from sourcing to closing the position
•
Identify sourcing strategies for all positions within the organization
•
Develop networking relationships, conduct cold calls, and build an in-house database of candidates
•
Identify, create, and foster relationships with various organizations, colleges, and diverse professional organizations and attend job fairs
•
Advertise open positions using social media and mailings and collaborating with marketing
•
Manage the candidate presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components of full lifecycle recruiting
•
Conduct initial screenings and interviews of potential recruits
•
Oversee and maintain accurate documentation on all candidates, open positions, and other recruiting activities
