Our Inside Sales Associate works in a fast-paced sales environment as part of our Sales Team. Our Inside Sales Associate interacts with a variety of sellers in acquiring their property for our investors.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Develop and execute a calling strategy to target sellers
- Mine prior leads of sellers from CRM to acquire their property
- Negotiate terms and prepare and execute detailed contracts, agreements
- Close sales and achieve both monthly and quarterly quotas
- Achieve a successful lead conversion rate and high volume of deals

REQUIREMENTS YOU NEED:
- 2+ years of Inside sales experience and/or prior sales experience,
- 2+ years of effective, polished communication skills on the phone and in email
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Proficient in using technology; specifically Upgrade to see actual info preferred
- Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
- Inspired by the opportunity to earn income based on performance
- A structured mindset focused on setting goals and exceeding expectations
- Experience in a high-contact, short sales cycle environment

OTHER:
- Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM EST
- Must have stable work set up (we treat this very serious)
- $8 - $10 USD/ hr including base + commission
