YouTube Researcher / Scriptwriter

I am seeking a highly creative and talented Researcher / Scriptwriter for my brand new YouTube channel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and topics (travel niche), competitors, and target audience preferences to inform content creation
- Ideate and write scripts for engaging video content for our YouTube channel
- Work alongside members of our content creator team (video editor, voiceover talent) to create engaging and entertaining video content
- Plan and execute according to our content calendar to ensure we stay on schedule for our content needs
- Ensure all videos meet YouTube’s policies and guidelines and are optimized for search and engagement

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in Youtube related role
- Passion for research, writing and staying up-to-date on the latest trends (travel niche)
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- A can-do attitude
- Exceptional creative and storytelling skills with the ability to turn ideas into compelling video content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- An interest in TRAVEL is a huge plus!

PAY:
Since my YouTube channel is brand new, starting pay for this position is $300/month with opportunity for bonuses, 13th month pay and a pay increase as we move up into the future. I am looking for someone I will be able to work with long-term and grow the channel with.

SCHEDULE:
You can work any 8-hour shift, 4-5 days per week, it will be all up to you but the goal is to produce 4-5 scripts per week.
