Primary Responsibilities
- Own and manage the recruiting and onboarding process
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that are aligned with business goals
- Increase employee engagement and decrease voluntary turnover by identifying levers and implementing effective strategies
- Assist in improving and implementing new updates for all our HR Apps

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in an e-commerce business based in the US
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the Philippines and the US
- High IQ, high EQ, excellent communication, passion, and strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Tech Savvy
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, payroll, and company information

Nice to Haves:
- Experience with apps like ADP, Zenefits, and JazzHR
- SHRM-CP certification

Preferred Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM Pacific Standard Time
