JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a experienced PPC Specialist to join our digital marketing agency based in Florida, USA. Our agency specializes in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Bing Ads. We are seeking a dedicated PPC Specialist for a long-term position who can help with keyword research, building out new PPC campaigns, and optimizing current Google Ads accounts. We are looking for someone with experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant areas.

Main Job Responsibilities:
• Develop new PPC campaigns and ensure proper campaign structuring
• Implement Google Analytics, GA4, and Google Tag Manager for website analytics
• Set up conversion tracking and CallRail call tracking to measure campaign effectiveness
• Audit existing Google Ads accounts to identify issues and provide recommendations on how to improve performance
• Utilize the Google Ads Editor to efficiently make bulk changes
• Monitor the SQR for negative keywords and to identify opportunities for new, relevant keywords to target
• Craft compelling ad copy that effectively highlights the unique benefits of our clients
• Generate reports on Google Ads data using Google Data Studio
• Build landing pages that convert using Unbounce
• Create and manage Facebook Ads campaigns
• Implement the Facebook Pixel and Pixel Event Tracking
• Perform miscellaneous marketing tasks as needed

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a PPC Specialist, preferably in a digital marketing agency setting
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience managing and building Google Ads campaigns
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy, prevent mistakes, and minimize typos
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make data-driven decisions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team

• In-depth understanding of Google Ads, match types, quality scores, and conversion optimization
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
• Availability for part-time or full-time work with a long-term commitment
• Strong understanding of current PPC best practices and emerging trends
• Google Ads Certifications are a big plus (please mention if you are certified and which certifications you have)
• Proactive mindset with a passion for staying updated on the latest PPC trends and changes

• Task Management: Tasks will be assigned through Asana, our task management platform.

• Time Monitoring: Time Doctor, screen and time monitoring software, will be used to track productivity and log work hours.

Hourly Rate:
We offer a competitive hourly rate, and we will begin with our minimum hourly rate for this position. Once we establish that you can effectively complete the assigned tasks and are a good fit for our agency, we are open to increasing your compensation up to your ideal hourly rate.
