Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential properties for Upgrade to see actual infovelop and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and other industry professionals to source off-market opportunities.
Evaluate properties based on financial feasibility, market trends, and investment criteria.
Perform due diligence, including property inspections, title reviews, zoning analysis, and environmental assessments.
Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal, finance, and development, to ensure a smooth acquisition process.
Prepare detailed financial models and investment proposals to present to stakeholders.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulations, and economic factors that may impact acquisitions.
Manage and maintain accurate documentation, including property records, contracts, and correspondence.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Real Estate Acquisition Manager or a similar role in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of real estate market analysis, financial modeling, and investment valuation.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Proficient in conducting due diligence and assessing property risks.
Solid understanding of local real estate regulations, zoning laws, and permitting processes.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple acquisitions simultaneously.
Proficient in using real estate software and tools for market research, financial analysis, and project management.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.
Valid real estate license (preferred).
