JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our brokerage team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our brand visibility, engage with our target audience, and drive the growth of our online presence.

Position Overview:
As a Social Media Marketing Specialist at our brokerage, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to promote our real estate services, generate leads, and enhance our brand awareness. You will collaborate with our leadership team to create engaging content, manage social media accounts, analyze campaign performance, and stay updated on emerging social media trends and platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate marketing, excellent communication skills, and a creative mindset.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy and Management:
-Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve marketing goals, increase brand visibility, and drive traffic to our website.
-Manage and maintain various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
-Create and curate engaging content, such as posts, images, videos, and infographics, tailored to each social media platform.
-Monitor and respond to user comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
-Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and provide regular reports on social media metrics, audience engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
-Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure continuous optimization of our social media presence.

2. Content Creation and Curation:
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and compelling content for social media campaigns, property listings, testimonials, and promotional materials.
-Research, curate, and share relevant industry news, market updates, and engaging content from external sources to provide value to our audience.
-Utilize visual design tools, video editing software, and other resources to create visually appealing and shareable content.
-Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style across all social media channels.

3. Social Advertising and Campaigns:
-Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns
-Monitor and optimize campaigns based on key metrics
-Collaborate with the leadership team to integrate social media campaigns with other marketing channels, such as email marketing, content marketing, and SEO.

4. Community Engagement and Influencer Outreach:
-Build and foster relationships with our online community, engaging with followers, industry professionals, and potential clients.
-Identify and engage with influencers and thought leaders in the real estate industry to amplify our brand reach and establish strategic partnerships.
-Participate in real estate forums, groups, and discussions to increase our brand visibility and establish credibility within the industry.

Qualifications:
-Proven work experience as a social media specialist or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
-Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
-Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, and social media advertising platforms.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
-Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and campaigns.
