CHAT AGENT

We are looking for Chat Agents/Customer Service Agents that wll be gathering information from consumers (via chat) and scheduling appointments.

Paid training is provided and the agents will have a baseline script to use as a FOUNDATION - NOT to be used as copy/paste. This is just a guideline to understand the FLOW of certain conversations that MAY take place.

This position will START as a part-time postion and depending on the progression of the agent will turn into a FULL time position.

REQUIREMENTS:

1) Must know and understand English and how to have a CONVERSATION (with an American) via print (writing)

2) Must follow instructions

and

3) Must be confident in your abilities
