Internet Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly organized and motivated Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to pet service businesses. If you have a passion for pets and a knack for organization, this role is perfect for you! As a Virtual Assistant, you will work remotely and assist pet service providers with various tasks, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Availability to work 8 am - 5 pm USA Eastern Time zone (New York time) Monday- Friday.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Manage client inquiries and appointment scheduling, maintaining clear and timely communication.
- Assist with customer relationship management, including updating client databases and contact information.
- Coordinate with pet service providers to schedule appointments, assign tasks, and ensure timely service delivery.
- Handle billing and invoicing tasks, including generating invoices, tracking payments, and maintaining financial records.
- Manage social media accounts for pet service businesses, creating engaging content and responding to comments or messages.
- Conduct market research on pet-related trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Assist with website management, including content updates and basic troubleshooting.
- Help create and distribute marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, or promotional emails.
- Provide general administrative support to pet service providers, including organizing documents and managing email accounts.

A must:

- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a related administrative role, preferably in the pet service industry.
- Passion for pets and familiarity with the pet service business landscape.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Google Workspace tools (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides) and online collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic social media management techniques.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in client and financial records.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive client information.
- Reliable internet connection and appropriate computer equipment.
