Furfaro Architects, a young, vibrant, and sophisticated architectural firm based in Western Sydney, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager. We serve clients across the country, utilizing our unique and approachable design philosophy to deliver outstanding results.
Location: Remote - Based in the Philippines
Compensation: $2,000 AUD per month
We are looking for an innovative, result-driven professional with a strong marketing background to drive our growth initiatives. As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in our company’s success, directly impacting the bottom line through leads generated. With a $3,000 AUD monthly budget at your disposal, you will build and manage a marketing team to achieve our ambitious lead generation targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management: Shape, manage, and enhance the Furfaro Architects brand to maximize its appeal to our target market segments. You will be the custodian of our brand voice and identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Website Management: Oversee and optimize the company's website. Ensure the content is up-to-date, engaging, and effective in generating leads. Develop and implement SEO strategies to boost organic reach and visibility.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms. Develop engaging content and creative campaigns that drive interaction and conversions.
Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies for lead generation. This includes, but is not limited to, email marketing campaigns, inbound marketing strategies, and collaborative partnerships.
Paid Advertising: Manage paid advertisements on social media and web platforms. Monitor campaign performance, optimize for ROI, and adjust strategies as necessary.
SEO Strategy: Oversee SEO strategy with a focus on increasing organic reach, driving traffic, and improving search rankings.
Podcast Creation and Management: Create, produce, and manage an engaging company podcast that aligns with our brand and engages our audience.
Qualifications:
University degree in Marketing or a related field.
At least 5 years of full-time experience with a Western professional services firm (Australian, UK, US, NZ, or Canada) or similar.
Proven track record in a similar role, preferably within the architectural or design industry.
Solid understanding of SEO strategies and implementation.
