Web Design Coordinator

Company Background:
Sporella Technologies is a Website Design Agency with a mission of helping small business owners design their websites. Our goal is to help small business have an online presence. Our company is fairly small and we are just starting out. However, we are very passionate about our work.


Job Description:
We are looking for someone to join our team to help us grow and learn together. The ideal candidate is someone willing to learn, with a friendly personality and able to perform general tasks.

Lead Generation:
- Research leads for prospect clients either via regular search engines or via prospecting tool (provided by employer)
- Contact prospect leads to secure Web Site Design demos for Small Business Owners
- Follow up with prospect leads
- Schedule demos and maintain demos calendar up to date

Marketing:
- Create social media content for the Sporella's Instagram and Facebook
- Schedule posts for the Sporella's Instagram and Facebook accounts

Virtual Assistant:
- Answer and return phone calls
- Update calendar
- Reply to emails

Soft Skills:
- Attention to details
- Ownership
- Fast learner
- Willing to learn

Basic Skills:
- Social Media Savy
- MS Words
- Excel
- PowerPoint
- Good Communication skills
- English proficient both speaking / writing
- Canva savvy (not required but preferred)

Work Schedule:
Part Time: 4 hr/day
12:00 p.m. EST - 4:00 p.m. EST (but flexible if need be)

Trainings Provided:
- Will be given access to prospecting tools to identify leads
- We are willing to teach in areas where required
