Appointment Setter - Inbound and Outbound Calls

We are a US Based contractor that is looking for an appointment setter to join our team. This is a FULL TIME, PERMANENT Position. Our company has been in business for 17 years, and we currently have 4 full-time VAs based in the Philippines. So we are no strangers to working with remote employees.

We have leads that come in every day. Your job duties will be to accept inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries and respond to them in an effort to set appointments for our sales staff. We provide a RingCentral SoftPhone, as well as access to our lead management software and CRM. You use our script to qualify and book an appointment for our sales team.

Additionally, you will be expected to makeUpgrade to see actual infooutbound calls/SMS per day to leads that have previously reached out to our company but never booked an appointment.

This job requires heavy phones, text, and email.

Our ideal candidate is available to work during PST, and can work at least 40 hours per week. They should have perfect spoken and written English. You should have a proven track record in appointment setting and cold calling. And while this is technically not cold calling, there is a lot of dialing so cold-calling experience is what we're looking Upgrade to see actual info addition to your hourly pay, we pay $5 for every appointment that you set which results in a sale. So you will earn bonus money in addition to the hourly pay. We also pay 13th Month.
