Customer Support / Community Manager / Social Media

Are you passionate about helping people through great customer service? And do you love afternoons at the art museum? This job is perfect for a people-person who loves to help our customers (mostly moms) and who appreciates art!
I'm looking for an experienced virtual assistant who will:
• send friendly replies to support emails
• and craft engaging posts and thoughtful responses to posts in our online communities (on Facebook and Kajabi)
Basic knowledge of art history will be REALLY helpful for this job (but you don't need to be an expert at all). This job also includes social media scheduling and creating graphics (using Canva templates), so a bit of design experience is a plus.
