Job Description

Position: Call Center Representative

Company Overview:
Our company is a rapidly growing organization with a solid track record, extensive expansion, and enduring client partnerships. We are currently seeking a highly professional and experienced individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. This role involves providing exceptional call center services for meter and utility installation services, along with proficient handling of MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-Outlook tasks.

Job Summary:
As a Call Center Representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers who contact us, providing support with appointment scheduling, query resolution, and issue escalation. Additionally, you will be required to make outbound calls to request or verify appointments and offer assistance to the field installation teams. This is a full-time position, 8 hours, 5 days per week between Tuesday to Saturday, 11-7pm Eastern Time.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow standard operating procedures to document call details effectively.
- Identify and escalate urgent matters promptly.
- Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.

Knowledge and Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service is highly valued.
- Call center experience is a definite advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiar with relevant software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Exceptional verbal and written English language skills.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
- Willingness to complete training programs.
- Preferably, at least 3 years of experience in call center or customer service roles.

Hours:
- All representatives will be required to work US East Coast Hours, some will work 7am to 3pm, some will work 9am to 5pm, others will work 10am - 6pm. Weekend work may occasionally be required. This is a full-time position, 8 hours, 5 days per week between Tuesday to Saturday, 11-7pm Eastern Time.
