Dear future colleague!

We are looking for a vertical assistant with experience. We are a young duo with a marketing agency, we have 5 clients to manage at this Upgrade to see actual infont, and we are at a point that we could use some help. Are you the person that we are looking for?

Are you the following person:
Have at least 2 years experience with virtual assistant work
Know how to write e-mails
Managing Vendors: (copywriter, video editor, website developer, clients, etc) as well as prospecting and screening potential clients.
Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
Organizationally strong, we have a lot of big projects and those projects needs to be well organized.
Maintaining knowledge on current trends in social media industry
Have experience with a marketing agency or ecommerce
Creating reports, keep us up to date with all our data

I'm Dominique and together with my partner Dennis, we work as online marketers for some great companies. We've been doing business together for almost 2 years now, and it's going really well. Soon we will switch to our own agency, and work even harder to get more clients. To give you a bit of an idea of who we are and how we work. We believe in open and honest communication, we work proactively for clients, responding to their needs and even beyond their question behind, trying to be part of our clients instead of just another freelancer or Upgrade to see actual info addition, we are young at heart, like to joke around and enjoy life. We mostly do advertising, and we are working on a new company that really focus on lead generation.
