SALES TRAINER

As our Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for the onboarding and training of all new hires in the sales department. You will partner with our sales managers to design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs that align with the business goals. You will also be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and monitoring the performance of sales representatives, providing feedback, and identifying opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

Onboard and train new sales representatives on the company's sales process, product knowledge, sales techniques, and communication skills
Develop and implement training programs and materials for new hires as well as ongoing training for existing teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback from trainees and managers
Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify areas of improvement and create action plans to address them


Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Trainer or Sales Coach
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with different sales techniques and methodologies
Able to work independently and in a team environment
High-speed and stable internet connection (minimum 30 mbps)
