Hello, we are looking for someone to join our team in an assistant-type role.

You will be helping us with uploading articles on WordPress from GDocs, adding images, adding custom affiliate links, and, most of all, formatting articles to our specified standards.

ABOUT US:
We are a small and friendly team (currently 15 of us) growing a blog in a wellness/relationship niche. Our team works in an informal environment built on trust, respect, open communication, and accountability. We aim to be the best resource in our industry, and we need your help!

ABOUT THE ROLE:
It's a detailed oriented, slightly repetitive task of formatting articles from GDocs to WordPress Upgrade to see actual info includes steps like:

- formatting text in the WordPress dashboard using our templates and a specific way of formatting
- working with a designer to get product photos per specification and then uploading those images to the post using our specific format
- creating custom affiliate links using platforms like ShareASale since writers submit the articles with simple links and not affiliate

This is the first set of tasks we have already prepared for you. As we are a small business, some tasks can change with time. One is certain - they all will need attention to detail.

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION:
- We will pay your base salary every month (bi-weekly) with chances to earn more as you perform and prove yourself.
- We won’t use any time-tracking tool. We pay you for the work done, not for how long you work. So, if you work fast, your salary will not change because of that.
- We allow you to choose your preferred work schedule (no need to stick to specific hours). However, we require daily check-ins + communication in case of times off or obstacles/delays in delivering tasks.
- We provide plenty of learning opportunities, as we want everyone in the team to continuously learn, grow, and work smarter.
- We offer 3 weeks of paid vacations a year, after the first 6 months of working together.
