Finance Analyst

Fast growing Real Estate development company is looking for a Financial analyst to help in multiple businesses ranging from real estate development, real estate rentals, solar contracting, and a rental car business.

Roles and Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
-Analyzing the health of the business
-Creating and analyzing Financial Reports and KPI's
- Running and making key financial decisions with the CEO
- Monitor payables and making sure these are paid on time
- Analyze real estate deals and create pro-formas for private money lenders
- Manage Disposition, either send to lenders to refi or send to realtor to sell on the market
- Manage budgets and costs
- Sends info and communicates with Finance company to ensure vehicles are getting funded
- Analyzes daily rentals and pricing
- Analyzes property rentals and pricing

* With Real Estate Accounting is a plus
* With Financial Analyst/Accounting experience is required
